When I had my old Jeep Wrangler I used to do that all the time. I used to go hoarse everytime I got caught in rush hour traffic...

I almost never use the horn, even in Chicago. It doesn't really accomplish anything.

I just make up for it by yelling a lot. Good thing my car handles like a go-kart or I'd be dead by now. I almost get run off the road at least once a day...
