She had a name for it, but I can't remember the technical name when that happens. But we're finding lots of spots that need work... It HURTS!!! But in a good way 
It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for my deductible $$$ to go back into my account. I guess the other insurance company is fighting with mine

What a pain in the arse to have to wait for your deductible.
I don't even remember how that all worked with my accident. They probably just took it out of the cheque they gave me for my car since it was my fault. :s
