That is toooooootally how I feel today. After 4ish hours of sleep, I'm still in a haze and my head feels...thick. I have this dull, but persistent headache. This week is gonna be a dilly.
At some point I'd think that the body just forces you to crash? I don't know. Always thought that if I had a scientific mind, I'd want to have something to do with studying the effects of sleep deprivation.
I'm not a morning person either. I definitely function best in the afternoon. No coffee for me though. Been trying to avoid the caffeine, but I confess...there is some Coke Zero in my home now.
