Good morning
That is toooooootally how I feel today. After 4ish hours of sleep, I'm still in a haze and my head feels...thick. I have this dull, but persistent headache. This week is gonna be a dilly.

I hear you. I've got to start getting more than 5 hours of sleep a night.

I think 6 hours is the sweet spot for me... not too much, not too little...

that said, I have at least 2 cups of coffee or tea in the morning... cause I am not a morning person..

At some point I'd think that the body just forces you to crash? I don't know. Always thought that if I had a scientific mind, I'd want to have something to do with studying the effects of sleep deprivation.

I'm not a morning person either. I definitely function best in the afternoon. No coffee for me though. Been trying to avoid the caffeine, but I confess...there is some Coke Zero in my home now.

The thing about Red Bull is that if it's not ice cold it tastes like shit. Plus, it tends to be more expensive than other similar drinks.

I have that problem with gin. I swore off vodka for a handful of years back in the day due to a bad experience but now its my favorite alcohol.
