Ridiculous, right? I don't have online stuff set up (it's a line of credit that I've used once in the last couple of years), and when I called, they said I had to go to a branch because I don't have my mother's maiden name on file. That's rather interesting since I've previously changed my address over the phone. This is the kind of thing that led me to close the rest of my accounts with them.

 

I could handle that. This is the point where we should be grateful we don't have snow, but I'm still bitching. On the other hand, I do have a couple of cute jackets I can start wearing so...
