Unhappy Semi-Official What Should I Cook for Dinner Thread

I'll have to cook dinner for my brothers since my mom is out of town.. sooooooooooooooooo... any suggestions??

it has to be something quick and easy but still healthy and tasty.. since i'll be jamming out of work each day to race home and cook...
and no, it can't be salad every night.. i could get away with that twice, but my brothers won't buy that crap for very long
