well Monday Night was:

Roasted Game Hens
Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes
Homemade Lasagna
Salad
Garlic Rice

i took the day off work and hosted 10 people over for dinner

Last night was left overs

Greenbeans with garlic and rosemary
Roasted Chicken and potatoes roasted with herb butter and rosemary
Summer fruit tart.

Find a nice White Rhone with possibly a raspberry apertif to go with the dessert. . .
