Hmmm. Possible I've been there. I know I was at the VA Hospital in '97 and the guys took me somewhere nearby. I think that's near UPenn isn't it? Maybe it wasn't Abners... this place seemed sort of "roadhouse" style.

Nah. Don't think so. This place was short walking dist through the campus just north of the VA. Had an ambiance like a Chilis or something. Good phillys though.
