are you using linksys as well? which one did you pick up? the A/B router? if so.. if you got the A/B card as well (pictured below), did you try using the 5ghz instead of the 2.4ghz? i believe you can disable 2.4 and that might help a lil...

I have a G access point. I got that because I already have a hub, and 1 desktop is acting as a server already (kinda)

I haven't tried to change the frequency, but I'll look into into. All my junk is linksys, except the new laptop wireless (its built in) their stuff works so well....
