M-Soft had an event for a Big Wig's retirement who happened to be a Car Nut so they got PP to let them park many of their vehicle 's about the campus where the event took place. VMOM got pulled into the scene too anyhooooo they needed help getting the cars back to the dealership & we volunteered

C-6 took a Cobra Kit that sounded mEan & I took the Testi

Good luck to your w/his new

I can't really consider my car as a convertible since the stupid top only comes "off" and not "down". Now that my car has some new changes, I won't ever take the hardtop off.
With that in mind, I do want another convertible. I have a few ideas on cars for the garage, but a Boxster is on the short list. A replica 356 was on the list at one point as well but I think that idea got scrapped.. lol

curiousgina why you chose to scrap the Replica 356 I could not own a Kit Car yes they do look great and trust me I've seen many
PPlace had invested in them
think they are built down here in SO CAL anyhooo also met a DUDE that owned a and chatted w/him he had a Kit then went to the real deal.

I see the advantage's upkeep, shinny parts , price etc... just not me

I love hearing of your car considerations its fun

You know once I pulled of the 5 on my way to Charlie & checked out Thunder Hill and they happened to be featuring Cobra's that day , ONLY FOUND 1 real deal so yeah many do go Kit

PS do you think when this maintenance is done the photo upload will be working?

A real 356 is always going to have a special place in my heart (after a 911 Turbo 3.6)

but.. the cost..the maintenance... that's really going to be difficult.. I'm still on the lookout for another moneypit as my next project car (bug), so having too many money pits really isn't the best use of time and resource.. especially since any car acquisition right now is on hold until new house keys are in my hands

The gallery issue is seperate but it is being looked at right now. I'm hoping they just bundle it in but I'm not sure if they will or not.
