You need to start lifting some weights.....Adding leam body mass will keep your matabolism up and fat mass down...

If you want to read about stress, stress hormones, and the stress response in the body, read the Book, "Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers"....


I know it's a weird title, but it is the formost book ever written on stress in the human body, and it's an easy read....
