Took out the 3 ton top piece , then I sprayed the hell outta the base again w / the seal paint .... allowed to dry well ..... put down sand under vs rocks so hopeful that does the trick! I'll try n show ya it soon

& the fountain drama goes on so its apparently not leaking well by water seeping out I mean but some has splashed out which is just as big a problem..... its also that the artist who designed this thing didn't think it out well enough as in the base is quite shallow for the amount of water that needs to be down there to go UP the tube and then trickle down the front of the slab of concrete.

SheeSH would just take it back in exchange for a different style if the DARN THING DIDN'T WAY 3 TONS

NO I refuse to inconvenience my amazing neighbor 's to have to lift that thing again

I keep using my mechanical brain < say that lightly and I know one of my ideas to just set it into a deeper base would help. That and maybe using a less powerful pump & hope it still gets the water to the top!
