& the fountain drama goes on 
so its apparently not leaking well by water seeping out I mean but some has splashed out which is just as big a problem..... its also that the artist who designed this thing didn't think it out well enough as in the base is quite shallow for the amount of water that needs to be down there to go UP the tube and then trickle down the front of the slab of concrete.
SheeSH would just take it back in exchange for a different style if the DARN THING DIDN'T WAY 3 TONS

to have to lift that thing again 
I keep using my mechanical brain < say that lightly
and I know one of my ideas to just set it into a deeper base would help. That and maybe using a less powerful pump & hope it still gets the water to the top!

you won't believe this.... turned out it WAS still leaking
short version > went over & talked to the DUDE & explained everything .... decided to purchase a different fountain.... 
were too far for the cheap delivery & were NOT gonna lift that suckA .... he's really nice & finally said " OH just keep it " 
he know's I am a forever customer lesson here : never hurts to ask : & : take care of your customer & they will take care of you : teehee
no idea where we'll move the leaky one but gonna try again to seal it

SumbEotch thought I was being productive by making a tray of Lasagne #garfield and placing it in the freezer to use some of the LG pot of Sauce I had made... only to discover the freezer door did NOT close properly so it was open all night to not only waste the Lasagne butt all the ice & Meat that was in there

1st outing in the new RV got cut short due to a glitch in the AUTO JACKS as they REFUSED TO RETRACT learned another lesson: don't take a new try out vehicle to the middle of the desert where theres NO CELL SERVICE 
it was QUITE the adventure ended up with the park Ranger giving us a ride back up to the site and hanging out with us while we tried the fix we were told to try. Then he graciously said lets do the Manual procedure 
I SO wanted to give him some lunch $$ but he said NOPE can't take it
he WILL be getting a Thank you delivered for above & beyond the call of duty
Drove back to the dealer to have them reset something and say that shouldn't have happened
