Yeah . . . you went four the one way, but then 5 the other. . . you also whipped your head around, which is often a bad idea. . .

When we did the gyro (picture above) at SpaceCamp, they tell you to just let your head go where it needs. . . oddly enough, it's the returning to a static position that makes you dizzy, not the movement itself. . .
