I really lucked out -- I guess. They opened my car up and the clutch is shot. The flywheel is blue. Honda is paying the labor and the cost of the clutch disc -- and popping for a car for me until Thursday. I have to pay $450 for a pressure plate, throwout bearing, and flywheel resurfacing. What do you think, guys, is this a good deal?

get aftermarket pressure plate and flywheel...talk to schatten. he'll help you out and you'll appreciate the mods VERY much.

by doing it now you'll save a lot of $$ in labor

What have you been doing George?

Well...at least you found out. If you have the $$$ I would follow Josh's advice. Wait though, isn't yours a lease? Are you going to give it back or keep it?

Then I would take the cheapest route possible myself.
