Tonight, I stopped in a shopping center to pick up my dinner and parked next to Mini Cooper S.

As I was getting back into my car, the owner of the Cooper and his GF also returned. His GF asked if "that yellow car is faster than your Mini Cooper". The guy answered "I'm not sure about on the freeway but the Mini is much better in cornering". I think he wants me to hear it b/c he answered her in a rather loud voice.

I just look and him and smile.

Now that I've thought about it, I really want to go out and find him...

I would have except for 2 things:


1. the road was wet
2. I have my dinner in the car now and I can't really drive very hard.

I personally think you did the right thing regardless. Who cares what he or his gf thinks. It's not going to affect you.

Unnecessary risks like that are not worth it, not for ignorant/stupid/brain-dead/low self-esteem people like that.

My 2 cents.

 

What did his g/f look like? Though, from what I've seen, Mini owners have a certain birkenstock/Bent/treehugger/bleeding heart gayness, so just leaving was probably the right thing to do.
