Default Teaching an Englishman to Country Line Dance

Last Friday, while in Chicago, I injured my GOOD knee. Had an MRI on Tuesday and got the results today...

Complete tear of the ACL, torn medial meniscus, significant bone bruising on the medial femoral condyl and tibial plateau... being fitted for a knee brace tomorrow... have to do some physical therapy to get my range of motion back and then schedule surgery.

MAN I HATE BEING A KLUTZ!

Ouch! I've done the MCL/ACL at the same time. The surgery (if you have it) is not too bad, but the physical therapy can be a bit, lets say, fun. Sorry to hear.

This will be my third surgery... I have had two on the left knee and need knee replacement on that one... this will be the first surgery on the right knee.

I've had three knee surgeries. I learned to live without an ACL. Good luck!
