Tested a Z4
[oink]Just test drove a Z4. I've been reading all these comparo's in the Aug edition of every friggin mag and thought I'd try myself.
Very fun up to about 40mph and then a big letdown. Also hard to keep shifting at 6K.
Shifter was long and 'clicky'. Pedals are cheap rubber a positioned poorly for a short guy like me.
Instrumentation was small and pointed at some guy above the car.
Interior design was elegant. I found it too much but I like the spartan design of old sports cars.
I really did like the power in the low end and actually missed it when I got back into my S... ah but then I VTECd and 'oh baby' [/oink]
