Today is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada. I realize it’s painful to acknowledge most folks on the board live in the US and may not care but I encourage everyone to spend a bit of time today learning about indigenous history and circumstances. The same atrocities happened in both countries.

Same thing with Remembrance Day, they need to make these days national holidays so people have the time to reflect.

Today I was woken up at 5 am by a female voice calling my name, I then started to wonder if my ill sister was in trouble at the hospital. About 15 minutes later the hospital called my home and said my sister was being taken to the critical care unit for respiratory care. It was a very strange and stressful day.
