We would have had the 1st open this weekend but as I told ya were gonna have so gonna hold off one weekend.
You want good traffic the 1st open and well will hamper that

Today I’m saying it is waaaay too much to melt and it is still coming down. They came this morning with a big loader with wheels bigger than my WRX and plowed so I just have to shovel around the WRX and clean it out.

 

Today I need to say hey Gina, that is a beautiful home, I'd buy it in a second if I was fortunate enough to live in the sunny South, well done and you keep a clean home. I love it. My wife says your decorating is awesome. Rob can have the video game toys I like the Slushie machine lol.

Homes are inexpensive there, that home in that size over here would be over a $1.2 million or more, easily, and you still wouldn't find one that nice, and certainly no palm trees lol. Now the property taxes there are a good buck eh ? , 3x ours. Do you live in a state with no sales tax ? I find states with no sales tax have higher property taxes.

We had two open houses, it wasn't overly busy for us but it only took one buyer to make it happen so we sold in about 7 days time which was much faster than expected and our real estate sector is a bit depressed in the last 6 months as interest rates have killed off many potential buyers. Nice to hear activity for you appears to be high, all the best Mom !
