I guess I'm not surprised to hear that, Mike. The internet makes the "big store" buying power more relevant rather than less, unfortunately.

Internet commerce has been about trading trust for buying volume since day 1...


And frankly, the trust factor is gone. No offense, but I'd trust an SSL e-commerce site more than I trust your store, simply because most of the credit card transaction is automated and I don't need to worry about the 17 year old punk writing my CC# down.
