Today eye learned that before you cut up a pineapple you should place it upside down in the fridge or I put mine on its side for at least 30 minutes before you cut it because when the pineapple sits upright all the sugar in it settles at the bottom.

 

I happened to hear an interview with one of the band members on the radio and heard part of one of the songs. Sounded pretty good.


Today I learned that a nearby lodge is offering 2 nights and 2 days of cat skiing (including all meals) for $899.
