customer service out there has gone down the toilet. People just don't seem to hear what you are telling them anymore. Everything I order or discuss ordering just gets so screwed up. They seem to order what they think you should have, not what you want to have. It is such crap and across all different industries.

 

Don't even get me started on customer service. I'm getting to the point when I get an attitude from someone whom I'm paying to just say to them Go F yourself.
