Today I learned...
TIL my employer has vehicle operation guidelines which include an entire section on backing up a vehicle
If I’m backing up a vehicle without a guide there are several things I need to do, including not go over 3km/hr and honk the horn twice to warn people nearby. Too much.

That if a PORCH PIRATE steals a package from your porch that was from Amazon you can report it and get a refund or replacment
Had a delivery yesterday afternoon that we didn't note and the RING camera got the creep taking it at 1:00 AM

I had a crazy story with them. My son was returning a jacket he bought from a clothing retailer named Hudson's Bay in Canada, and it somehow got put into an amazon return box by accident instead of the retailer return box. I shipped it back to Amazon , then my son figured out that we shipped it back to the wrong party. We called Amazon asking if they can send the coat back to us once they receive the box, since it was not purchased from them. The guy on the phone said they will never find the return and will not be able to send it back to us. But he asked us the value of the coat, and we told him it was $120.00, he then proceeded to refund us $120 for a coat that was never purchased from Amazon. We never wanted a refund we just wanted them to send us the coat back to us and I offered to pay for the shipping. We got the refund though, no questions asked. They must make so much damn money they don't even question returns and refunds and missing deliveries, just issue the refund and money to whoever asks for it. Crazy.

That's rich!
