If you have a 40+ ppd, the flood control allows you to post only one time every 15 minutes. That doesn't apply to the corner because, as I'm sure you know, there is only a 15 second wait in here. If you apply for a gold membership, you get special privelages and you get a ten second post limiter for anywhere in this forum regardless of ppd.
