I have cats. I can get them to do maybe one patticake, then they start licking themselves. Not much for games, those two!

 

I can see how that would be a problem...

I'm allergic...

 

Oooh, that's a problem. Well, we'll have to make sure that when you come to visit casa chazmo some day it'll have to be in summer so we can hang out outside. You wouldn't last too long otherwise

 

I can survive cats...I just have to remember not to touch them and to try to encourage them to sit someplace other than on my chest...

 

I mean, it's not like my allergies are life threatening...just not pleasant...

 

Well, some people might enjoy watching my eyes water...me constantly sneezing and rubbing my eyes and scratching a lot...but that's another story...

 

We have a close friend who's allergic. Unfortunately, I'd be lying if I said that our cats haven't affected our relationship with her and her family. They live 2 hours away, and they haul their 3 kids over... We go there a lot more than they come here.

 

Yeah, I have several friends with cats that I just don't see that often, either... It's not easy. I'm somewhat allergic to dogs, but it's not NEARLY as bad and I've always grown up around dogs so I'm more aclimated to it...and I'm a dog lover at heart...
