LA Times: ".....After six possessions, USC had six scores. After six possessions, UCLA had 26 yards. Matt Leinart and Mike Williams were like two laughing kids playing catch in the backyard. Drew Olson and Maurice Drew were like two horrified kids being chased by dogs in the street.

 

I was expecting the score to be something like 70-7 though..

 

It would have been if we hadn't started to put in subs early in the third quarter.

 

Rumor was that the last 8 minutes of the game it was actually the USC BAND playing on the field in place of the players in hopes of not embarassing the Bruins too much...

 

As much as I hate USC, I have to admit that they are a nearly unbeatable team at the moment.

 

And they still scored 2 TD's or somethin

 

The USC and UCLA mands hate each other -- I mmean REALLY hate each other. They used to have a flag football game before the big game every year, but had to stop because it was getting so bloody and violent.

 

That's bands. I'm Sure TrojanHorse could fill us in on the details.

 

USC has one of the best musical departments in the nation though...
