I have to go back after they get 'clarification' on a word used in the doctors letter. Same letter they accepted LAST TIME we were in court.

Of course I've been assessed $300 in court 'costs'. It's 'costs' since they can't fine me unless there is a guilty verdict.

Ok, I'd like credit for my jail time. Let's see, 5 days at $75 per day. Hey you owe me $75 asshole.

Court fee went away. But I didn't get my $75.

 

Best case at this point is for me to stay a nice little citizen for one year and they will dismiss the charges after that. OK! That sounds pretty good and should be alright. But that still doesn't take back or apologise for the false accusations and innuendo leveled at me in open court and that are now part of my record. Which was clean until now, thankyouverymuchyoustupidbitch.

It was either that are go to trial. Of course my doctor said to eliminate stress, so that wasn't much of an option either.

Or was it exterminate stress. My memory hasn't been too good lately.

yeah, courts are funny like that. but it's not hard to be good for a year and have it expunged...i've done it many a time.
