If you've been diagnosed as pre-diabetes *REALLY* watch your diet and keep it *PRE*. Take care of yourself. Diabetes is no joke.
(Side note: I spent yesterday morning with an optometrist on this very subject... not me being tested, the subject of retinal imaging.)
