Tanks Joe butt can't take credit for the actual grass as I dint plant it just like to mow it
as for the hogging of the H2O well we are restricted to a schedule on the address # of your house during the summer so by the time the BBQ gets here the
's will prolly see a lil less green 
Our front has a lil slope down which hinders the water staying IN and it got really bad last year. C-6 was out there with a drill drilling holes into it
