Inside has also changed a lot over the 8 years It now has a chaise bed that I built from reclaimed wood.





Previous house had a small shed with a sink that drained into the dirt this time I had it done right he poured a slab and fit it for a proper sink drain has electricity inside and a real Light on the outside run off a switch inside its a fun place to CHILL OUT
I wanted it to have a Shake roof but here they don't do those ( all tile ) I found a place that sold shakes by the bundle so I got up there and nailed each one only to discover later the nails showed thru inside on the ceiling
not wanting it to be a house of Horror I attached that wood paneling over to cover the many nails

Were at 2500 Ft here but close to the Mts behind us, we've seen snow about 3 times over the 8 years, never much but fun to see

 

Tanks Sam, I went back n forth on a door color pop but liked one I saw on line that was a dark blue w / yellow kinda wish it was a bit darker so if it bugs me enough I may re do it

 

If you note the mom cave address sign shrunk thats due to the 1st one I ordered appeared to be made of Slate turned out it was pressed wood which the beat to crap after a couple years so I searched and found a real Slate one
