Yeah I grew up watching the original Batman series on television as a kid. I do like Batman stuff. The Petersen museum would be a thrill too, so best of both worlds. I have done many road trips to the U.S. so I must add that to my list.
My avatar was given to me by my son when he was quite young, so it stuck with me. I got a good laugh from it when he first showed it to me years ago lol. It shows up better in larger form
Well my parents immigrated to Canada from southern Italy around the 50's. My parents always called it sarsa or sugo growing up, almost a peasant kind of cooking back in the days.
I think the term gravy may have started in Jersey ? I never heard it much until recent years when watching certain shows featuring characters from New Jersey. But I certainly understand how the term describes the goodness of the well cooked and meat packed sauce mom used to make every Sunday at our place.
Yeah think your correct! My 1st born likes to say Sunday Gravy but he lived for a short time in NY

^ Yeah it is cool in larger form, I love it to this day. My son was like five year's old when he showed me the internet pic. lol. We always tolerated a few choice words or the occasional indecent gesture in our household, rather than scolding him. So we shared a good laugh with him rather than giving him a "time out"
My legal name is Giuseppe, everyone calls me Joey.
My screen name comes from a great moment in the movie "Animal House" , when Blutarsky's grade point average was read aloud. I still laugh to this day when I hear that part of the movie.
Lucky you, I live in London Ontario, I hate it, but I never had the balls to move. Too risk averse unfortunately , and then the family aspect sealed my fate lol
My parents live north of K-W Totally hear ya about the family thing. I was single with no kids (unless you count the S and the Si ) when I moved out here.
