PA just rescinded its helmet laws! and it STILL freaks me out whenever I see a rider without a helmet!!

Its amazing too me one of the most conservative states in the Union.....we cant buy beer and wine in the same freakin store for gods sake! (or on Sundays for that matter) and we have to wear seat-belts but all of a sudden if you choose to not wear a helmet you dont have to

 

Maybe they are trying to speed up natural selection?...I hear splattered brain matter increases the life-span of asphalt

Seriously though, that's just plain dumb.

 

Yeah, it makes no sense.

 

Dont get me stated on the legislation in this state!

Dont ask why but I had to read the PA retail tax laws code-book the other day

Did you know in Pennsylvania if you want to buy suntan lotion to prevent a burn you have to pay tax, but sunburn cream is non taxable?? WTF

 

I might be making a road trip up to Philly this winter Mikey-boy...if I do we have to meet up
