They already are. My Nextel gets an IP when it boots!

wicky...it's really not that complicated to someone like me who is engrossed in it daily. It's all the same concepts...just diferent means of getting there. I'm actually setting up a PDA for the president of the company that uses GPRS (cell technology) to get to the internet where he will use VPN to attach to our network to get his email.
