Matterhorn by Karl Marlantes

 

I finally got that book a couple months ago. Really want to read it because the character Howard is apparently based on Frank Lloyd Wright (big fan here - going to see another one of his houses on Wednesday!)

Almost finished Rebel Daughter by Doris Anderson. Definitely a good read if you have any interest in the Canadian publishing world. Also reading a book of short stories, What's Left Us. Not really loving it. I'm about to start Remembering Rapture by Bell Hooks. Really looking forward to that one.

 

"Lone Survivor" by Marcus Luttrell

 

Zappa by Barry Miles. Not very far into it yet though.
