This was the reasoning behind my initial call for committee which would in turn designate a quorum to openly discuss, before a neutral disinterested third party, the appointing of a committee thereby creating a body of distracted and easily influenced members who would, acting on their own, make some kind of drastic and unwarranted action against a person, or persons of their choosing, or whoever was available at the time said action is set to take place.
