Casa Trejo take out

went yesterday to discover they now are closed Mon & Tues least they're offering their yummy food to pick up even 's to go

Last night we tried Camel, Buffalo and Elk burgers. All very tasty and very lean to boot.
Tonight we 're having Elk meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, salad and corn on the cob.

Whoah Camel wondering if these were offered by a restaurant or you went hunting

I've seen Buffalo burgers often on the menu esp in the Tetons
Elk meatloaf hmmmm maybe you did hunt for them

We got the burgers at a restaurant(takeout) and the elk at a butcher shop. I don't hunt unless you call picking out the best steaks at the store hunting. LOL
