I think it’s gonna be pork tenderloin...on the new Traeger. Not totally sure since I’m not cooking.

We've made it before and we change it up a little each time. It's lean meat but we top it with bacon so that sort of defeats the lean part of it. This time less brown sugar and a little more spicy BBQ sauce. Taste great and when you start with 2 lbs of meat we have leftovers for cold/hot sandwiches for lunch.

My wife loves cold meat loaf sandwiches, I like a little heat in the meat.

I know we are waiting for the Covid-19 to go away or a vaccine to come along so we can go out for breakfast. We search Yelp and find one we want to try no matter how far away from home it is(within reason). We've gone as far as around 250 miles for breakfast, get up at 3 am and make it there by 7 or 8 am depending how twisty the roads are. Hey, it's what we do, thats how we put 170k miles on our S.
