I love crab legs, are you in a coastal area that has it available fresh ? I'm in a landlocked area so I can only buy it frozen, and we don't get to have it too often.

 

I live in the Orlando, Fl area so I can go the Atlantic coast in less than an hour or Gulf of Mexico coast in about 2 hours.
Brother in Law is sending me about 1.5lbs of scallops that he got Saturday and I’ll get them on Monday.

 

Oh nice, I've been to Orlando many times, we have been going to Daytona Beach for 40+ years. I always liked Grouper when I has in Florida as we never get it up here, but lots of good seafood down there.

 

I had pigs in a blanket non-breffass style: hot dogs in Crescent Rolls.

 

Last night it was a mouthwatering hangar steak cooked to perfection.

 

Korean fried chicken, home made.

 

My 's used to like those did you slice the dog & place a piece of cheese inside? If not try it

 

Curious is the sauce similar to Teriyaki ?

 

Perhaps, more ginger flavour, and Korean spice flavour, lots of honey too.

 

Despite us staying at the nicest hotel in the region during our vacation, getting seafood is quite the struggle. Not a shrimp, crab, or lobster to be found on the menu here. But I was able to get the chef to whip up a lobster dinner for me, which was fantastic, a little bit of money goes a long way here, the lobster was very fresh and well prepared.
