What's For Dinner?
Tortellini tonight, with a tomato meat sauce and ground beef in it, I picked up a six pack of beer from our local craft brewery, Railway City Brewery, I got the Iron Spike which is a copper ail, nice hue of amber to it.
We had a great meal tonight. Some locally raised beef steaks - Sirloin - on the barbecue, cooked perfectly. Corn on the cob cooked on the barbecue too. Small salad of cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Oven roasted potatoes. Strawberries , and lemon filled donut holes. Yummy
