I much prefer it over Chinese food. Less fried, and more fresh tasting - lemongrass, cilantro, lime , coconut are many of the common ingredients, a variety of curries too. I really like it.

my mother and aunt brought me some fresh Italian sausages they made this season. We roast them in the oven to perfection, they are really good, very unique not like anything you buy in a store. Made with red pepper mix and fennel combined with the ground pork and in natural casings. Yum

How do you like that kind of pasta Rob, I never liked it much, the gluten free corn based pasta seemed a bit better but not my favourite either.
