[QUOTE=Soof;24848158]"Home made pizza in my outdoor pizza oven. They come out fantastic, unlike any commercial pizza joint in our area. My wife says I make the best pizza in our City. I've gotten more practice controlling the heat on my pizza oven, and the pizzas come out better every time, practice makes perfect at 900 F. I like mine Margherita style, my wife and son like pepperoni on theirs. I use a cherry tomato sauce, with Fior di latte cheese (soft mozz) and a touch of parm. reg. grated cheese, topped with fresh basil. A touch of red pepper flakes on mine too."

Ok, Zero, when are you going to invite us to your place to scarf down your prize winning pizza?

LOL, well it would be a very long drive, but I'd love to serve some up. Being in NJ you would be around some of the better pizza places in the U.S., my home town doesn't have any decent places, so I had to make my own.

Had weird stuff last night. They made me a couple of plates from brunch at work which was very thoughtful and it looked good but it was kind of weird. One dish was two crepes stuffed with seafood with the seafood being scallops, shrimp and salmon. I love shellfish but salmon is just not my favorite and it had that really strong fishy smell. I tried to eat it but couldn't do it. The other plate was waffles, bacon, and home fries. The bacon and home fries were great but the waffles were like a sandwich with this strawberry cream cheese in the middle so I ate around that. That's my story.

I didn’t really like seafood until the west coast. Nothing like the fresh stuff!

Last night was wasabi crusted halibut with rice.

I'm working tonight and then getting up about 6 hours later to work in the a.m. so I'm loading up on some protein. Gonna have some tuna, broccoli, spinach and I may do up a pack of ramen with sauce or butter. Also boiled up a couple of eggs to have when I get home tonight before I go to bed.

My wife made stir fried veggies and we put them on top of some authentic Ramen noodles that we get straight from Japan, it was really good. I like Ramen noodles, but my favourite is Udon noodles, my wife and son don't care for Udon so we eat mainly Ramen.

I like ramen noodles for a side. I buy the prepackaged ones and just eat the noodles I don't use the salty packet.
