I believe the territories are ruled more by the monarchy whereas the provinces take direction from our federal government. 
Maybe I should look that stuff up.

Okay, since we're sharing...
I've been to 43 states and still need to visit Alaska, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota & Washington. Of the 43 states I've been to, I've lived in 16 (where I was there long enough to have a mailing address). Outside the US I've visited Hong Kong, Bangkok, Penang, Singapore, Manilla, Canada, Mexico, Samoa & Antarctica. I've lived in Tokyo and Christchurch, New Zealand.
Someday I want to be a real boy too.
