I just wanted a bit of upgrade in sound and a stock-like appearance. The new Eclipse models are way too bling. I didn't want to regret not getting this. I can always put it in the Prelude if I don't like it.

you will lose all dash controls , (well I think the mute button will work out of the box.) At least you will need a PAC swi-x adapter (not a really great solution, it is slow)
There are two good mods for dash controls for the S from owners
