The best fish around is swordfish steaks.

Haven't tried cod or haddock, I've swum with cod though, bloody ugly buggers!

Do your taste buds a favour and look out for swordfish steak, grilled with grilled red peppers and eggplant and caramalised onions.

ok, you can scrap the onions.

Do you call capsicum peppers? In the US they refer to capsicum as peppers so I thought I better call it that. But you use grilled red capsicum if that makes it better.
