okay, before you JimmyConners shit your pants... I *already* had a shaved head so I *don't* know how this happened.


So, the other day I'm taking a shower and notice the tub isn't draining very fast. Well I get out of the shower and it turns out the tub isn't draining at all. So I finish toweling of my sexy, glistening body and call the manager of my building.

It takes him a full day to return my call. So... it's the next day and I call him again and leave a message stating the tub is still stopped up. About four hours later (3pm in the afternoon, on a tuesday) I get a call on my cell phone, from the plumber himself, stating he is outside the building and needs to get in, and if I don't let him in he's leaving in five minutes.

Okay, so 3 pm on a tuesday... and... I'M AT WORK!

Alright, so immediately afterward, I get a message from the manager saying that he called the plumber and they are on their way.

Needless to say the plumbers did not get in. I called my manager back and very nicely told him that I really needed to be forwarned of any impending plumbers in able to there to let them in.

Who the fork doesn't call to see if you are even home before sending plumbers? Over 24 hours later? WTF?

what's worse is now he has to let them in himself while I'm not there, and my two kitties are there, and I get mental about people going in there when the kitties aren't supervised. They like infants, you can't just leave them with people.... argh. I could've put the kitties in another room with their stuff if I'd known someone was coming into the place. Dammit.

So my day is off to a shitty start.

I hear ya...Mitch and I have the worst problems with the maintenance in our place and they end up coming in when we're not there - several days after the request and one of my s keeps trying to get out
