Had a set of 8500k HID's installed the day before I went to the Dragon. Just wanted to see how well HID's do in the NSX, honestly I wasn't very impressed. Not sure what it is, perhaps something with the projectors however they were terrible.

Parked next to a friend with 10000k HID's - his were brighter than the 8500k HID's in mine.

I'm certain that in an NSX where HID's came standard, they would be much better. However aftermarket ones I'm not too impressed with.

I used to be room-mates with Alex (Poindexter). One day he told me that he was moving in his girlfriend - I didn't have to go, but things would be tough with three people there. Instead of being a room-mate to a couple, I moved back home. Immediately I knew that I would have to sell the car - I was sooo sad.

Luckily a friend of mine has a place that I can move into soon - rent is much less than the last place I was at. Not only can I keep the NSX, but probably can afford a new daily beater too!!!!

Good thing though, I have put 8k miles on the NSX in 3 months.
