Actually extremely busy so far. I've been here for 1hr 45 minutes and I just finally got a bit of free time.
Walked in to 20 new emails and 23 email responses. The new emails are done, time to get started on the responses.

The only down side - only my Toyota store is open today. So I have customers for all of the other brands, which I can't really do anything for : Jaguar, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mini, Honda, Volkswagen, and Hyundai.

Sadly enough, the drama wasn't related to work
As for what I do at my job... I do maintenance for a large telecom company. I work with T1 and T3 lines all day... I'm in charge of fixing them when they go down. ^-^
