2. Yes, true. Of course, those directly involved should be accountable. But the President was warned by the head of FEMA. THAT MADE HIM DIRECTLY INVOLVED.

Republicans seem to conveniently forget that Clinton's and the opposition's attorneys came to an agreement on the definition of "sex" to be "intercourse". So Clinton got up there and said, "I did not have sex with that woman", and ACCORDING TO THE GUIDELINES SET, he was telling the truth. Of course, that little semantics game failed miserably and there was much rejoicing on the Republican side of the aisle as they all jumped on the Clinton Lied To Congress bandwagon.
