Mokkun - sometimes I change the settings based on how I feel, but it pretty much sounds good straight out of the box

One of my friends installed headrest speakers and I didn't like them at all! It made me sad, though, because I was really looking forward to getting them, too. But the music being so close and right behind my head gave me a headache. XD
I prefer the SPods:

You can fade them forward too, so maybe your friend should have faded them forward more. Everybody who rides in my car is amazed at them.

He put a lot of time and effort into the headrest speakers... He even did those crazy calculations and took measurements and what not to ensure the sound was delivered "in perfect time" to the driver's side headrest speaker for optimum hearing performance.

All I know is... the ones in the door seem to be working just fine for me. And they don't give me a headache.

Maybe one of these days I will be able to check out your setup, Subby
