I've been thinking about buying a beater and getting some property in North Carolina. That way driving to/from work wouldn't put too many miles on the NSX - plus land is REAL cheap in NC!

In MANY neighborhoods around here, it would be over $400k. I'm surprised this one isn't going for more, it must need a LOT of work.

I'm guessing roof, siding, windows and HVAC immediatly.

Kitchen and bathroom remodels in the next 5 years MAX at that price.
